Mini Bio

The baby of the Dulac household, he was a small child and a late bloomer like most men in his family. Standing just under five feet nearly until he hit puberty, Ellis started late even for a Dulac. He was the shortest boy in class and yet still gangly for his size, he was bullied often, and felt like a disappointment as a descendant of Lancelot du Lac, a knight of Arthur's Round Table.

Tensions in the Dulac home rose further when Ellis's oldest brother, a ward of Avalon, came home to meet his siblings for the first time at the age of fifteen. Put against the impressive physical specimen, impeccable manners, and sharp mind, Ellis soon grew to hate the big brother that had been suddenly and unfairly thrust upon him.

It was a hatred doomed from the start. As Ellis got to know his new big brother, he developed a grudging respect for him and a deep sense of gratitude when Lance became his defender, not only beating up the bullies that plagued him but teaching him how to use his smaller size to his advantage. An abrupt growth spurt made up for lost time by the time Ellis was seventeen, diminishing his need for Lance's protection as he gained nearly a foot and a half in height and added a good fifty pounds of muscle to his skinny frame. Excelling in high school, Ellis found his place on the basketball team and debate, often stirring up trouble for shooting off his mouth. Graduating with a solid 4.0 GPA, Ellis went on to become a member of the NYPD, and later a member of SWAT.

Forced into early retirement due to a knee injury that left him with a permanent limp and chronic pain, Ellis used his SWAT expertise to become a ballistics consultant for hire. He's a recent transplant to Las Vegas in an effort to be closer to his big brother, who has taken up residence in Sin City.
